Exchange and Return Policy

1. General Guidelines:

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 07 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated courier service.
• Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

• Refunds:

  • After inspection, the refund will be processed and sent back to your original payment method or account within 7-10 business days.
  • Or exchange the product if you want to change.
